Project Engagement

Project work begins only after:

  • Scope is defined
  • Agreement is confirmed
  • Payment terms are accepted

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a project at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Supply necessary materials, references, or assets where required
  • Respond in a timely manner to communication and approvals

Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

Creative Direction & Output

Northframe Studio maintains full creative control over the execution of all visuals unless otherwise agreed.

While client input is considered, final creative decisions are made to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed scope.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may:

  • Require additional time
  • Incur additional cost

Payments

All payments must be made as agreed prior to or during project execution.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Delay in delivery
  • Suspension of project work
  • Withholding of final assets

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables are licensed or transferred based on the agreement defined at the time of project confirmation.

Northframe Studio retains the right to:

  • Showcase work in portfolio
  • Use project visuals for promotional purposes

unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Use of AI & Digital Tools

Our visual production process may include the use of advanced digital and AI-assisted tools.

All outputs are curated, refined, and directed to meet professional and commercial standards.

Limitation of Liability

Northframe Studio is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business losses resulting from use of delivered visuals
  • Delays caused by external factors or client-side dependencies

Project Cancellation

In the event of project cancellation:

  • Work completed up to that point may be billed
  • Payments made may be non-refundable depending on progress

Changes to Terms
